I have been experimenting with ways to provide viewers with the highest
possible resolution at the smallest possible file size so as to permit
faster loading. After some experimentation, it seems using scans that are
grey-scale for black and white pages, true color for colored
pages, descreened, full-sized, auto-balanced, and saved as .JPG files
one-by-one is the best I can come up with so far. If you know a better way,
let me know.
